Indictment in 1970s Homicides

Decades after these crimes occurred, the District Attorney's Forensic Sciences/Cold Case Unit presented these cases to the Grand Jury, which indicted the defendant on murder charges for the deaths of Cornelia Crilley in 1971 and Ellen Hover in 1977.
