On Thursday, January 6, 2011, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr., took part in the 34th Annual Three Kings Day Parade at El Museo del Barrio. He was joined at this event by Lillian Llambelis, Special Assistant District Attorney for Community Affairs, and thousands of children and their parents to celebrate this time-honored tradition in New York City.
